چکیده
Preconcentration of Cd and Pb at ultratrace level in waters following filtration through silver nanoparticles-cellulose composites used for thin-film microextraction was performed. The new procedure based on the formation pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (APDC) derivatives, which showed a large affinity toward AgNPs. For this purpose, cellulose filters modified with AgNPs were prepared situ upon reduction ions by sodium tetrahydroborate. effect several experimental parameters such as kind derivatization agent its concentration, sample pH, desorption conditions volume filtered assessed. quantitated eluates inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Determination of Cu, Zn, Cd and Pb in ®sh samples by slurry sampling electrothermal vaporization inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry
Ultrasonic slurry sampling electrothermal vaporization isotope dilution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (USSETV-ID-ICP-MS) has been applied to the determination of Cu, Zn, Cd and Pb in several ®sh reference samples. NH4NO3 was added to the sample solution to work as a modi®er. Since the sensitivity of the elements studied in ®sh slurry and aqueous solution was quite different, isot...
متن کاملUltratrace determination of Pb, Se and As in wine samples by electrothermal vaporization inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.
The determination of Pb, Se and As in wine has a great interest due to health risks and legal requirements. To perform the analysis of wine, two considerations must be taken into account: (i) the low concentration level of the analytes; and (ii) the risk of interferences due to wine matrix components. The goal of this work is to evaluate electrothermal vaporization (ETV) sample introduction for...
متن کاملScreening and Optimization of Microextraction of Pb(II) by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Using Response Surface Methodology
Dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) combined with inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was applied for the determination of lead in different environmental water samples. Ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (APDC), chloroform and ethanol were used as chelating agent, extraction solvent and disperser solvent, respectively. The effective parameters, such...
متن کاملNoise identification and sampling frequency determination for precise Pb isotopic measurements by quadrupole-based Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry
Analytical precision of the isotope ratios measured by quadrupole-based ICP-MS is drastically controlled by the lowfrequency noises which originate from nebulisation and vaporisation processes, and from sample introduction systems. The undesirable influence of these latter can be however reduced by choosing efficiently the operating parameters. In the present study, the choice of the stabilisat...
